Once you receive the item from the courier, you will have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the product.If you decide not to keep the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fees. No refund is allowed after the courier leaves.
For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Items accepted without inspection are the customer's full responsibility; no refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has left.
Please note that you may check your order during sale but NO REFUND or EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS is allowed after the courier leaves
For orders containing four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, or it will be automatically canceled.

You have a period of 30 days, starting the day you have received your order in, to inform us of any manufacturing defects found in the item. Any reports done after this 30 days period cannot be accommodated at all.
